1. What does a LATESTS kit include? Every kit comes with cut wooden parts, small furniture pieces, wall coverings, glue, mini light set, and step-by-step illustrated instructions. Most kits need about two afternoons to finish. You add imagination and basic tools, and some rooms ask for a small screwdriver.
2. What kinds of rooms and houses do you sell? Right now we carry a library full of lit cabins, a desert motel, a tiny diner, and a weekend cottage with a working window. Each is a different shape and difficulty level, so both beginners and tinkerers find a room. New styles release every couple of months.
3. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to Puerto Rico. We do not do international orders just now. You get a real tracking number as soon as your order leaves our table.
4. What are your shipping options and how fast? We use Standard shipping (7-14 business days) for a flat $15 fee. Orders are processed before dispatch in 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email when your box hits the road.
5. What is your return policy? You have 7 days after delivery to contact us if something isn't right. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. You pay return shipping unless we sent something defective, then we cover the cost. A quick email to us makes it easy.
6. Can I change or cancel my order after I place it? Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, and you get a full refund. After that we get packing, so we may not be able. For a change in variant, we help you swap once pre-dispatch.
7. How does order tracking work? The tracker email includes a link to the courier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). You can watch each step from our shelf to your door, and the message also includes a direct line if things get stuck.
8. I have built everything. What can I do next? Several kits are stackable, so you can create a small street on a shelf. Others have extra blank walls for you to paint or paperclip. We also sell spare plants and tiny lamp shades, a start for your own scene.
